This advertisement caught my eye. I was interested in exploring the site to learn about the features of the “Pomegranate”. The intended audience of the advertisement is young people interested in having the latest in mobile technology. The main purpose of the advertisement is to draw attention to itself and to get you to explore the new and fun features of the “smart phone”. However, the smart phone doesn’t exist and it is actually an advertisement for visiting Nova Scotia. The message it is sending is that you will have just as much fun discovering Nova Scotia as you did exploring the features of the “Pomegranate”. I enjoyed watching it and have never seen an advertisement presented like this before.

I found the ad to be very interesting and eye catching. The fact that the Pomegranate has most things we do and/or use daily such as coffee and a shaver is very mindblowing. The Pomegranate is so impressive that it seems so sureal. The intended audience for the ad is mostly for teens as well as men and women in their early twenties: it is an age where they become independent;attending school and working. Therefore the purpose of the Pomegranate is to serve and to be convenient to those who don't have time during the day to do such tasks. The message of the Pomegranate is to show how wonderful Nova Scotia is just as how wonderful the Pomegranate is. For example, the video of the designing life is about a building designer and his uniqueness. The style of his buildings bring a new and modern look. Just as the Pomegranate, it is very different and modern, yet it is appealing to the public eye. I enjoyed very well the ad of the Pomegranate that I think it is my favourite ad so far. I'm looking towards the future and the magnificant technology that will be invented then.
